RISE Housing and Support Services in Ballston Spa, NY is seeking a compassionate RN to join the RISE Above program. The successful candidate will oversee weekend coverage, assist with admissions and treatment planning, and advocate for residents with high-quality nursing care.

This role offers a starting wage of $38 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus after six months, plus generous PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NYS Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate independently and follow training.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Shared belief in compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion.
• Clearance with all background checks as per policies.
• Valid NY Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Support LPN and medication room oversight during weekend hours.
• Oversee the medication room with medical director support.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and treatment planning.
• Acclimate residents to surroundings, program philosophy and expectations.
• Participate in crisis intervention.
• Comply with all regulations governing the program.

• A starting base wage of $38 per hour

Overview Of Job Responsibilities

• Supporting LPN and medication room oversite and function during weekend hours
• Overseeing the medication room with the support of the medical director
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and treatment planning
• Acclimating residents to physical surroundings, program philosophy and expectations
• Participating in crisis intervention
• Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program

To Qualify You Must Have

• NYS Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal boundaries

• Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations
• A valid NY State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program desired
