Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services invites applications for an entry-level Counselor to join our Progressive Steps Apartment Program (PSAP) team in Indonesia. The role focuses on empathetic support and advocacy to help residents overcome life challenges related to mental health diagnoses.

You will collaborate with residents to reach personal goals, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a safe, supportive environment while documenting progress and modeling constructive behavior.

Qualifications

• Understanding of human services and dedication to learn.
• Willingness to do what is needed to meet program goals.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
