RISE Housing and Support Services invites an empathetic, insightful, and dedicated individual to join our Progressive Steps Apartment Program (PSAP) team as a starting Apartment Program Counselor. You will support residents in daily living activities while promoting goals and well-being in a supportive setting.

Qualified applicants will have a background in human services, the ability to work independently, strong organization, and a commitment to compassion and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Understanding of human services and dedication to learn.
• Willingness to do what needs to be done to meet the goals of the program.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion.
• Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy

RISE Housing and Support Services has an entry level opportunity for an empathetic, insightful, and dedicated individual to join our Progressive Steps Apartment Program (PSAP) team. A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of the program while keeping their focus on offering high-quality support and advocacy to our residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.

RISE Offers a Starting Apartment Program Counselor

• A rate of $21.12 per hour with a 36 hour work week
• $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment
