RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking an entry-level Residential Counselor for Rain House. The role focuses on empathetic support and advocacy for residents facing mental health challenges, helping them navigate daily life while upholding high-quality care.

The position offers a starting hourly rate with opportunities for overtime and a generous benefits package, including paid time off and a signing bonus after six months.

RISE Housing and Support Services has an entry-level opportunity for an empathetic, insightful, and dedicated individual to join our team at Rain House. A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of the program while keeping their focus on offering high-quality support and advocacy to our residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their mental health diagnoses have presented.

RISE Offers a Starting Residential Counselor

• A rate of $19.00 per hour with a 40 hour work week
• $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment
• Opportunities for overtime

Overview Of Job Responsibilities

• Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals

• Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy

Schedule

• We have a variety of shifts available with a combination of day, evening, weekend, and asleep overnight hours
