Job summary

PT. ANUGRAH KONSULTASI BISNIS INDONESIA is seeking a Property Sales Manager who speaks Mandarin to drive sales and leasing of industrial, office, and residential properties in Jakarta. You will identify opportunities, close deals, and build relationships with clients and partners.

The role requires proven property sales experience, strong negotiation and business development skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in property sales, marketing, or leasing, particularly in industrial, commercial, office, apartment, or residential properties.
• Candidates with experience working in a property agency are highly preferred.
• Strong skills in customer acquisition, business development, negotiation, and sales closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
