Role Description

This fulltime, onsite Commercial Sales Office/Leasing Officer role is based in Jakarta. The role is responsible for managing leasing activities for office properties, including handling inquiries, conducting site tours, and preparing proposals for prospective tenants. The officer will develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and ensure timely processing of lease documentation. Day to day tasks include coordinating with internal teams on unit availability and pricing, monitoring occupancy and pipeline, updating sales reports, and providing responsive customer service to tenants. The role also involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategies for new business development in the commercial property segment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including experience in commercial property sales or leasing and the ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in sales presentations and the ability to clearly communicate value propositions to prospective tenants.
• Experience in new business development, with a track record of identifying leads and converting prospects into clients.
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and handle inquiries effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends in Jakarta and familiarity with leasing procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work onsite, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and maintain accurate sales and leasing records.
• Intermediate proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and basic CRM or property management systems; professional proficiency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.
