Job summary

PT Leads Property Services Indonesia seeks a Marketing Consultant to assist in studies and financial analyses for tenant representation and to guide clients through lease negotiations to secure favorable terms.

You will liaise between tenants and property management, support SEA projects, review LOI/LOO/agreements, maintain tenancy databases, and actively source prospects through calls and networking events; organize property inspections to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
• Discipline and self motivated.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• High passion in property industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting comprehensive studies and financial analysis for tenant representation services.
• Assist clients through the negotiation process to achieve advantageous lease terms.
• Maintain and provide clients with services and optimal solutions during and after the process.
