You will manage a high-performing team, cultivate creativity and collaboration, and be accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while building strong corporate relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any major or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property industry as leader of sales & marketing.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with clients, vendor, and stakeholder.
• Creative mindset and excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate new sales and marketing initiatives targeting personal, group, company, and other social targets.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to foster creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue goals.
• Quickly respond to customer issues to ensure quality experience and enhance sales experiences.
• Develop and continually enhance relationships with key corporate, business and property agency accounts to maintain and increase market share.
