Job summary

Sinar Mas Land in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a Property Consultant to join the National Sales Pool. You will understand customer needs and recommend suitable residential and commercial products aligned with lifestyle and investment goals.

Identify profiles and buying behavior, leverage promotions to maximize engagement, and manage leads through CRM to drive visits to the Experience Center while delivering strong product presentations for sales conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in Property Sales or related sales roles.
• Strong understanding of property products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Digital literacy and lead management capability, including CRM and online lead platforms.
• Target-oriented with excellent communication and networking skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as Property Consultant in the National Sales Pool team.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Sinar Mas Land Residential & Commercial products aligned with customer lifestyle and investment goals.
• Identify customer profiles and buying behavior, and leverage relevant promotional programs and channels to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
• Manage and nurture qualified sales leads, including driving prospects to visit the Experience Center / Show Unit and delivering clear product presentations with strong product mastery to support sales conversion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks, while continuously expanding potential prospects and corporate client databases through active follow-up and engagement.
• Manage sales reporting and lead activity through CRM, ensuring structured pipeline tracking and consistent progress toward achieving company sales targets.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
