RedDoorz is seeking a Property Operations Manager in Bandung to maintain strong relationships with property owners and hotel staff, ensuring adherence to RedDoorz standards and quality across a 30-40 property portfolio.

You will analyze property performance, coordinate with internal teams, and develop initiatives to drive growth and improve guest experiences. Field visits and proactive issue resolution are essential parts of the role.
