Job summary

PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners in Bali seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance across multiple properties. You will lead staff, supervise contractors, monitor budgets, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires 7+ years in property management, a Bachelor's in a related field, and fluent English. You will coordinate with owners, tenants, and internal teams, conduct inspections, and provide regular management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or property operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of property maintenance, operations, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
