SAFE Group Indonesia is seeking a Property Manager to oversee property development projects from planning to handover, coordinating with owners, contractors, and the SGI team to ensure timely delivery and market readiness.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and compliance, develop marketing strategies to promote sold or leased properties, and serve as the main contact between owners, buyers, and internal staff. Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, real estate, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years in property development or real estate.
• Experience in property development operations and legal processes.
• Strong market understanding and property valuation.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing property development projects on behalf of owners - from planning and coordination through to marketing and handover. You’ll work closely with owners, contractors, and the SGI team to ensure every development is executed effectively and delivered to market successfully.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate property development projects from initiation to completion
• Manage timelines, budgets, and scope of development work in alignment with owner expectations
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities throughout the development process
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote and sell or lease developed properties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property development, project coordination, or real estate
• Proven experience in property developer business operations
• Proven experience in property developer legal processes, including permits, land documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of the property development process from land to handover
• Good grasp of market trends and property valuation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with property permits, documentation, and transaction processes
