Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across a multi-platform ecosystem including mobile apps, web, POS, kiosks and backend tools.

You will translate briefs into intuitive journeys, design across platforms with our design system, map edge cases, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape the digital heartbeat of our rapidly growing coffee network.

Qualifications

• Background in UX or related field/bootcamp with practical application.
• End-to-end UX/UI case studies showing problem discovery and prototyping.
• Experience designing within design systems across multi-platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design across platforms with our design system for apps, kiosks, POS and backend tools.
• Map edge cases, offline states, responsive behaviors, and precise engineering handoffs.
• Research industry benchmarks and user data to craft innovative interactions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through QA.
• Own full ecosystem design for interconnected hardware and software systems.

We’re now hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across our entire multi-platform ecosystem: mobile apps, web, POS, self-serve kiosks, Kitchen Display Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems. Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background: Degree in a related field OR intensive UX/UI Bootcamp graduate with strong practical application.
• The Portfolio: End-to-end UX/UI case studies showcasing problem discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes, and design system usage.
• Systems Mindset: Proven experience designing within established design systems across multi-platform tools (mobile, web, hardware interfaces).
• Figma Master: Deep proficiency with components, tokens, variants, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Explorative Thinker: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, technical constraints, and complex user flows.
• Modern Design Stack: Work natively in Figma/FigJam with advanced auto-layout, system tokens, and integrated AI tools to speed up discovery.

Job Role

• Translate & Flow: Turn product briefs into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Design Across Platforms: Maintain visual and functional consistency using our standardized design system across consumer apps, in-store kiosks, POS, and backend ops tools.
• Design for Reality: Map out complete edge cases, offline/error states, responsive behaviors, and precise engineering handoffs.
• Research & Explore: Analyze industry benchmarks and user data to push past obvious solutions and solve tricky interaction challenges.
• Collaborate: Partner directly with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through quality assurance.
• Full-Ecosystem Ownership: Move beyond single-screen apps to design for interconnected hardware and software systems.
