Job summary

VIVERE GROUP is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead on-site MEP operations in Jakarta. You will ensure BIM-aligned installations, manage subcontractors, and optimize budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 15+ years of MEP project leadership and proficiency in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive the project to successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required (Professional Engineer license a plus).
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing MEP projects.
• Proven track record of handling MEP projects end-to-end.
• Proficient in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and Project Management software (MS Office, or MS Project).
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships.
• Awareness that in MEP, a 5cm clearance issue can stall a project for weeks.
• Leadership skills for mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all MEP site operations, ensuring installation aligns with BIM models and technical specifications.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower leveling, and procurement of high-value MEP components.
• Proactively identify and resolve clashes between MEP services and structural/architectural elements.
• Manage the MEP budget, track variations, and implement value engineering to optimize project margins.
• Enforce QA/QC protocols and ensure installations meet HSE standards.
• Lead the final hand-over process, including systems integration testing and owner training.
