Job summary

VIVERE GROUP in Indonesia seeks a product and systems transformation specialist to lead the product roadmap and prioritize application development aligned with business needs. You will work with IT and process owners to translate requirements and oversee development, UAT, and go-live.

You will promote user adoption through training and mentoring, ensure consistent system usage, and drive timely upgrades while collaborating across departments in manufacturing, distribution, and retail contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• ≥3 years experience in business application development or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Experience with UAT and ERP/SAP/CRM integrations.
• Strong analytical, cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Experience driving system adoption among users with varying digital proficiency.
• Experience in interior fit-out, manufacturing, distribution, or retail is a plus.

About you

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business application development or digital transformation
• Understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, UAT, and ERP/SAP and CRM integration
• Strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
• Experience driving system adoption among users with varying levels of digital proficiency
• Experience in the interior fit-out, manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries is a plus
