Job summary

VIVERE GROUP in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure projects run in accordance with targets and company standards, coordinate manpower, and manage technical, time, administrative and financial aspects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering, has 7+ years of managing multiple interior projects, and demonstrates strong leadership, problem solving and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years experience handling multiple interior projects.
• Knowledge of Project Management practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Integrity, teamwork and reliability in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects run according to targets and company standards.
• Ensure manpower supply aligns with project needs.
• Identify and resolve potential problems early.
• Coordinate with technical, time, administrative and financial teams to prepare the project work plan.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues until completion and QC approval.

Job description

Ensuring the project running and in accordance with the specified targets and company standards

Ensure the supply of manpower is met in accordance with project needs

Identify and resolve potential problems that will arise so that can be anticipated early

Coordinate with all the teams below in preparing the project operation work plan, covering technical, time, administrative and financial aspects of the project

Monitor project progress and resolve problems that occur until the project is completed according to installation standards and passes QC

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering

More than 7 years experience in handle multiple projects (interior projects)

Having knowledge about Project Management

Communicative, have leadership spirit, able to solve problems and able to make informative reports

Integrity, honest, and able to work in a team
