Job summary

VIVERE GROUP is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee interior projects in Indonesia. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience in interior or furniture projects and strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. You will ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating teams and procurement.

The ideal candidate possesses a S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design and is target-oriented with good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in interior/furniture projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure interior projects are delivered with quality, on time and within cost.
• Manage projects by coordinating team activities, procuring materials and monitoring progress.
• Prepare complete interior project reports and related documents.
• Ensure installations and main interior materials meet specifications.
• Implement K3L / SHE, 5R and maintain a safe work environment on site.

Candidate minimum S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (Interior/Furniture Project).

Mastering AutoCAD 2D or 3D, Sketchup 3D, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).

Excellent in scheduling and estimate.

Target oriented, Good communication, and presentations skill.

Job Description PROJECT ENGINEERING:

Ensure the implementation of interior projects with the right quality, on time and at the right cost.

Manage interior projects effectively and efficiently by ensuring adherence to schedule and budget, coordinating team activities, procuring materials and monitoring project progress.

Prepare complete interior project reports and project related documents.

Ensure that the installation and main interior materials used in the project handled are in accordance with the specified specifications.

Implement K3L / SHE, 5R, and maintain the environment at the work site.
