Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least four years in a corporate legal department, with experience in manufacturing/trading sectors and strong familiarity with OSS and SILK. Proven skills in industrial relations, labor law, and stakeholder management are essential, along

Job description

Min. 4 years of experience in the legal department

Experience in the legal department of a manufacturing/trading & distribution/export-import company

Familiar with online government systems such as OSS, SILK, and similar systems

Experience handling industrial relations management and proficient in labor law

Familiar with labor union management

Preferably familiar with handling industrial relations disputes (PhI), both bipartite and in industrial relations courts

Accustomed to dealing with high-level officials within organizations

Familiar with trading and distribution processes
