PT Draco Internasional is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for civil and engineering projects in Jakarta Barat. You will coordinate with engineers, managers, and subcontractors to gather estimates and resource data, ensuring schedules meet milestones and contractual requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling within engineering or construction industries.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of CPM, EVM and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify scheduling issues and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software and methodologies.
• Identify project milestones, dependencies and critical paths to ensure realistic timeline planning.
• Monitor project progress against established schedules and report variances to project management stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to gather accurate activity duration estimates and resource requirements.
• Analyse schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule forecasts for management and client presentations.
• Manage schedule changes and revisions through formal change control processes.
• Optimise resource allocation and sequencing to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with company scheduling standards and project contractual requirements.

What we’re looking for

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian

Knowledge of construction/engineering project management methodologies and best practices

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials are preferred
