Job summary

PT TeamworX Indonesia is seeking a Planning Engineer with experience in data center projects. The role focuses on developing and updating detailed construction schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of resources while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years in planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably on-site with Main Contractor or Consultant backgrounds.
• Proven experience using scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and data presentation tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong analytical skills in schedule tracking, variance analysis, and delay impact assessment.

Planning Engineer (experience in Data Center)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably experience in construction project site from Main Contractor or Consultant background.

Demonstrated experience using Scheduling Software (Primavera P6, MS Project), data analysis & presentation (Power BI, Looker Studio).

Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

Strong analytical skills in schedule tracking, variance analysis, and delay impact assessment.

In-depth understanding of project life-cycle from design workflows, procurement strategy, construction methods & sequence, commissioning strategy and project close-out.
