PT Draco Internasional is seeking a Project Control Staff to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules for a range of technology and engineering initiatives.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project execution in Indonesia.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a project control/PM role in tech or engineering.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a project control or project management role, preferably within the technology or engineering industries

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly

Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
