Job summary

PT Katup Industri Indonesia is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution in the manufacturing sector.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, QA/QC, PPC, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales; develop plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to management, while driving continuous improvement to meet quality, customer, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related fields.
• Valve industry experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to coordinate and influence people across different departments and organizational levels.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, QA/QC, PPC, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments.
• Develop project plans, timelines, priorities, and action plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects meet quality, customer, and business requirements.
