Job summary

PT POMPA DEX INDOGUNA is seeking a project sales and business development professional to identify market opportunities in the pump procurement and institutional tender space. The role focuses on market mapping, product presentations, technical education, and driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to project handover.

Required are a relevant engineering degree and at least 2 years in project sales or engineering, plus understanding of LPSE and E-katalog procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years in project sales, engineering, or related roles.
• Understanding of procurement/tender processes (LPSE, E-katalog).
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and research for pump procurement and tender opportunities.
• Make product presentations, provide technical education, and drive sales opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales: prospecting, quotation, negotiation, tender, and project handover.
• Develop market penetration strategies and field actions to meet sales targets.
• Handle administrative scheduling for meetings with clients.
