Job summary

PT RMA Solusi Indonesia seeks a motivated engineering graduate to kick off a career in project management, gaining hands-on experience in data centre projects, BMS, automation, and commissioning.

You will receive structured training and a clear career path toward becoming a Project Manager, with exposure to planning, testing, FAT/SAT, and documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite work in Bekasi and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Good command of English for technical documentation and project coordination.
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, automation, PLC, SCADA/HMI, or BMS.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control drawings is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Bekasi and travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, execution, and onsite commissioning activities for BMS and automation systems in data centre projects.
• Assist with PLC programming modifications, system debugging, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support the configuration and commissioning of SCADA and HMI systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Assist with FAT, SAT, system integration testing, and project handover.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on technical issues, and support the team in meeting project milestones.
• Prepare project reports, commissioning records, and technical documentation.

In this role, you will be exposed to Building Management Systems (BMS), automation, and project commissioning, with structured training and a clear career development path towards becoming a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilites:

• Support project planning, coordination, execution, and onsite commissioning activities for BMS and automation systems in data centre projects.
