Job summary

PT Primatama Konstruksi is seeking a Project Manager in Batam to lead medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, including MEP, ICT, and security systems. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or IT field and 3-5 years of PM experience, with preferred Data Center project exposure.

Strong planning, execution, and handover skills are essential. The candidate should display leadership and effective English communication.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager for medium to large-scale projects.

Proven experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred and may be mandatory depending on project requirements.

Experience managing MEP, ICT, Security System.

Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, commissioning, testing, and handover.

Strong leadership, Good communication english languange, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of project commercial and contractual aspects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project, and other application project
