Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Berhad is seeking a Project Manager (Solar PV) to drive the delivery of solar PV power plant projects from planning through execution. The role coordinates project activities, ensures quality and schedule discipline, and promotes cross-functional collaboration for strong delivery outcomes.

The candidate will lead project teams, oversee site planning and construction, and develop execution schedules while maintaining documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing solar PV projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• PM certification such as PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with strong communication and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee planning and construction of Solar PV plants, including installation and commissioning.
• Develop and manage execution schedules for each project.
• Conduct site monitoring to ensure progress per schedules, drawings, and quality standards.
• Prepare project designs and determine BOM and material requirements for Solar PV projects.
• Apply project management principles to support delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English across project activities.
• Support delivery at sites within Java and outside Java as needed.

As Project Manager (Solar PV), you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of solar PV power plant projects from planning through execution. • Conduct site monitoring to ensure work progresses according to approved schedules, drawings, quality standards, and work methods.
• Prepare project designs and determine bill of quantity and bill of material requirements for Solar PV projects.
• Apply project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, across project activities.
• Support project delivery at sites within Java and outside Java as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing solar PV projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and preparing technical documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Java or outside Java.
• PMP certification is a plus.
