Job summary

ib vogt is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale solar power plant projects from Ready-to-Build to Provisional Acceptance as part of the PMO. You will coordinate EPC programs, manage contracts, and lead cross-functional teams in Malaysia to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires an engineering degree (Electrical or Civil), at least five years of experience, fluent English and Malay, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering (Electrical or Civil) with at least five years’ experience.
• Strong intercultural and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex international projects.
• Willingness to travel and work in Indonesia/Malaysia.
• Fluent in English and Malay (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC project program and contracts in Malaysia.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including leases, insurances, H&S, licenses, taxes.
• Support Business Development in assessing EPC feasibility.
• Prepare and evaluate turnkey EPC and OM tenders.
• Lead stakeholder communication and risk management.
