Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Solar PV) to drive successful delivery from planning through execution in Jakarta. You will lead project teams, oversee construction and commissioning, and develop execution schedules while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of solar PV project management experience, strong English communication, and travel willingness to project sites within Java or beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing solar PV projects.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with strong communication and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee planning and construction of Solar PV power plants, including installation and commissioning activities.
• Develop and manage execution schedules for each project.
• Conduct site monitoring to ensure work progresses according to approved schedules, drawings, quality standards, and work methods.
• Prepare project designs and determine bill of quantity and bill of material requirements for Solar PV projects.
• Apply project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, across project activities.
• Support project delivery at sites within Java and outside Java as needed.
