Job summary

BINAR Academy in South Jakarta seeks an experienced Learning & Development Lead to coordinate a team of Learning Designers and oversee end-to-end project execution for a 12-month engagement. You will manage timelines, QA, and stakeholder communications with the client, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.

The role requires 7+ years in L&D or IT consulting, strong cross-functional coordination, and proficiency in Excel and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, or Learning Sciences.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or IT Consulting.
• Experience leading teams and managing similar projects.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel, data management, and visual reporting.
• Familiar with ADDIE and LMS.
• Banking industry experience preferred.

• Act as the main point of contact between the project team and client, managing meetings and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, work trackers, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Review deliverables and oversee quality assurance, SME validation, and client sign-off processes.
• Supervise learning program execution, including class schedules and LMS administration.
• Oversee program reporting, including learning hours, certification progress, EVA1-EVA3 evaluations, and final project reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from an accredited university, preferably in Information Technology, Education, or Learning Sciences.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or IT Consulting.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing similar projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel, data management, and visual reporting.
• Familiar with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Banking industry experience is preferred..

Work Arrangement

WFO in South Jakarta, following the client's working hours and office culture.
