Job summary

BINAR Academy in South Jakarta is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to create curricula for IT roles based on the SFIA framework. You will design syllabi, coordinate with SMEs, and manage LMS operations and evaluations.

The role requires 2-5 years in learning and development or IT consulting, with ADDIE experience and strong data analysis skills. WFO in South Jakarta is expected for a 12-month project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in IT, Education, or Learning Sciences.
• 2-5 years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or IT Consulting.
• Experience with ADDIE and translating IT competencies into curricula.
• Familiar with SFIA framework and 70:20:10 learning principles.
• Proficient in LMS administration and learning operations.
• Banking industry and financial startup experience is preferred.
• Strong reporting, monitoring and data analysis skills are advantageous.

2-5+ Years of Experience | South Jakarta • WFO | 12-Month Project

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning paths and curricula for IT Specialist roles based on the SFIA Framework.
• Design syllabi, lesson plans, learning calendars, and assessment blueprints for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate learning designs and certification recommendations.
• Manage learning operations, including class scheduling, coordination, attendance, documentation, and LMS administration.
• Monitor learning progress, prepare periodic reports, and conduct learning evaluations (EVA1, EVA2, and EVA3).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from an accredited university, preferably in Information Technology, Education, or Learning Sciences.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or IT Consulting.
• Experienced in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and translating IT competency requirements into structured learning programs.
• Familiar with SFIA Framework and 70:20:10 learning principles.
• Proficient in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and learning operations.
• Banking industry and financial startup experience is preferred.
• Strong reporting, monitoring and data analysis skills are an advantage.

Work Arrangement

WFO in South Jakarta, following the client's working hours and office culture.
