Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of client data center projects from initiation through handover. You will plan schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, reporting, and cost management across regional teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center projects, a related degree, and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in data center client and facilities projects
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.
• Additional beneficial certifications such as CDCP etc.

Responsibilities

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure effective budget control.
• Support procurement activities, contractor engagement, and contract administration processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve project cost efficiency and value delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Escalate significant project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and operational requirements.
• Coordinate reviews, inspections, testing, and project handover activities where applicable.
• Support adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards.
• Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, budgets, and schedules.
