Job summary

Resting Koala Group in Bali is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate contractors, budgets, schedules, and site quality across Bali developments, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, a solid understanding of local building codes, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia/Bali.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar).
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Key responsibilities
