Job summary

Cove Living Indonesia sedang mencari Project Manager untuk memastikan onboarding properti berjalan sesuai jadwal dan anggaran capex. Anda akan memimpin proyek onboarding dengan tim lintas fungsi serta pemilik/vendor untuk persiapan properti baru.

Anda akan meninjau kualitas bangunan (infrastruktur dan MEP), menyusun timeline onboarding, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi Cove dan pemilik properti agar pekerjaan selesai tepat waktu.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Sipil atau Arsitektur (atau setara).
• Pengalaman 5+ tahun di peran Manajemen Proyek.
• Mampu menggunakan MS Office dan berbahasa Inggris.

Responsibilities

• Visit shortlisted properties and analyze and do assessment of the properties from a building technical quality (infrastructure and MEP) and operations point of view
• Prepare and manage all onboarding timeline
• Review and calculate the budget of capital expenditure during the property acquisition process
• Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with Cove cross-function team and property owners to ensure all works and preparatory tasks have been fulfilled
• Lead & manage a cross-functional team involved in the preparation of the properties to make sure the deadlines are met
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, to ensure we capture in full the state in which the property was handed over by the landlord
• Onboard new Cove properties (including arranging and supervising utilities/services installation, and preparing standardized household items)
• Ad-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems if Onboarding properties is in slower pace/not occurred

Job Title: Project Manager

Role Purpose:

To ensure Cove onboards quality properties and have the properties ready by the agreed timeline and capex budgets.

To lead onboarding project that involves cross-function team internally and owner vendor / contractor

What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
• 5+ years of work experience in Project Management role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications & speak English
• Has knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational workflow & Building system (structural & MEP)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of teamwork
• Willing to work over weekend if required
