Job summary

KEMINDO CAO RESOURCES seeks a Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution from planning to completion at our Indonesia site. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills, with proven experience in mining/chemical/manufacturing environments and willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager/coordinator in mining, chemical, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Experience in managing projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, manpower, resource allocation, quality, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Willing to travel for business trips and site visits.
• Chinese/English language skills are an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution according to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and monitor progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established objectives.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator, preferably in the mining, chemical, manufacturing, or engineering industry.
• Experienced in managing projects from planning and execution through completion.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, manpower, resource allocation, quality, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Able to work with deadlines and in a dynamic project environment.
• Willing to travel for business trips and site visits when required.
• Chinese /English language skills are an additional advantage.
