Talent Insider is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Civil & Architecture to lead luxury hospitality construction projects in Jakarta. You will oversee planning, monitoring, and delivery from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and architects to meet owner standards and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management and brings at least six years of proven leadership experience on luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 6 years of PM/CM experience, with luxury hospitality projects.
• Proven leadership in a project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil & architectural works from planning to completion.
• Monitor on-site progress, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and project team.
• Ensure quality per owner's standards and contract documents.

Job Description:

• Manage All Activities Related To Civil & Architectural Works From Beginning To The End Including Planning, Inspection, And Completion
• Monitor On-Site Progress And Ensure Work Is Completed On Time And Within Budget
• Work With Contractors, Engineers, Architects, And Key Team Members Of The Project Team
• Ensure The Contractors Quality Of Works Complies With The Owner's Standards And The Requirements Of The Contract Documents Including The Specification And Shop Drawings

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 6 (six) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with portfolio in luxury hospitality construction projects
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
