Job summary

• Executive engagement with CXO, Division and Head of Operations and other senior stakeholders.
• Drive long-term partnership and strategic initiatives
• Lead account planning, pipeline creation, and opportunity management
• Support proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals
• Monitor program performance, risks, escalations, and customer satisfaction indexes.
• Manage commercial risks and contractual obligations
• Collaboration between customer and internal teams and ensure timely delivery of agreed commitments.
• Banking modernization and undertaking digital transformation programs
• Coordinate with Sales teams on expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular Service review meetings.
