Job summary

PT AppFuxion Consulting is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead banking-focused projects in Jakarta. You will manage Consumer/Retail Banking Systems, including CRM and digital channels, driving initiatives from planning to delivery across cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have 4+ years of PM experience in financial services, with strong expertise in Waterfall and Agile, and proven success coordinating multi-system integration projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience with Consumer/Retail Banking Systems.
• Strong experience leading Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Experience managing infrastructure, technology refresh, or end-of-support projects.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple system integrations (API/middleware).
• Experience working on cross-departmental projects.
