Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact from onboarding to implementation and handover.
• Manage scope, changes, risks, issues, and escalations for smooth execution.
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders through meetings and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Facilitate client onboarding by gathering requirements and coordinating deliverables.
• Monitor client queries and ensure turnaround times and service standards.
• Track progress to meet quality standards, productivity targets, and deadlines.
• Contribute to internal training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed objectives and requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to implementation and software handover.
• Manage project scope, changes, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to clients and internal stakeholders through meetings, reports, and regular updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, IT, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Facilitate client onboarding by gathering requirements, coordinating project deliverables, conducting software walkthroughs, and providing user training.
• Monitor and respond to client queries within agreed turnaround times and service standards.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Contribute to internal training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
