• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed objectives and requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to implementation and software handover
• Manage project scope, changes, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to clients and internal stakeholders through meetings, reports, and regular updates
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, IT, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure effective project delivery
• Facilitate client onboarding by gathering requirements, coordinating project deliverables, conducting software walkthroughs, and providing user training
• Monitor and respond to client queries within agreed turnaround times and service standards
• Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and deadlines are consistently met
• Contribute to internal training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities
