Azeus Convene is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in Indonesia. You will develop and manage comprehensive project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the main client contact from onboarding to handover.

The role requires 1–3 years of PM experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Asana or Trello. English fluency is a must, and you will work on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Oversee project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed objectives and requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to implementation and software handover.
• Manage project scope, changes, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to clients and internal stakeholders through meetings, reports, and regular updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, IT, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Facilitate client onboarding by gathering requirements, coordinating project deliverables, conducting software walkthroughs, and providing user training.
• Monitor and respond to client queries within agreed turnaround times and service standards.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure quality standards, productivity targets, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Contribute to internal training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
