The ideal candidate has 10 years of proven experience managing high voltage substation projects, strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid PM tool expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of proven success managing complex projects from initiation to completion for high voltage substation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management, motivation and collaboration.
• Proficient with PM tools and methodologies, including MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members with clear expectations.
• Monitor project progress and address issues and risks proactively.
