CONAKA General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and Interior works from kick-off to handover. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and quality, while coordinating with Owner/Client, Consultant, and internal teams.

Project Manager responsible for overall project execution from kick-off to handover/close-out at CONAKA General Contractor. The role requires managing end-to-end General Contractor and Design & Build projects, overseeing Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Interior works, and ensuring projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
Oversee complete project execution including Project Execution Plan, Master Schedule, S-Curve, milestones, and project targets
Control budget and actual project costs; monitor forecast cost, cash flow, and project profitability
Direct execution of Civil, Structure, Architecture, MEP, and Interior work according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors; control subcontractor and supplier performance on quality, time, and cost
Lead project team including Site Manager, Supervisor, Engineering, QS, QC, HSE, Logistic, and Admin Project
Serve as primary company representative for coordination with Owner/Client and Consultant; lead progress meetings and site meetings
Ensure project compliance with Quality, HSE/K3 standards, and contract requirements; oversee NCR resolution, defect management, and project close-out
Manage VO/Change Order, variation orders, claims, and contract administration
Identify potential constraints and implement corrective actions before impacting project targets
Coordinate technical problem resolution between Engineering, Site, Owner, and Consultant
Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering field
Minimum 8–10 years experience in construction/contractor sector, with minimum 3 years as Project Manager or equivalent position
Experience managing Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and/or Interior work
Proficiency in RAB/BOQ, working drawings, technical specifications, RKS, contracts, execution methods, and project documentation
Mastery of project planning, scheduling, S-Curve, progress monitoring, manpower planning, and resource allocation
Understanding of cost control, budget monitoring, cash flow, procurement, material planning, and subcontractor management
Knowledge of VO/Change Order, variation orders, claims, and contract administration
Understanding of QA/QC and construction safety (K3)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Primavera or scheduling software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
