Job summary

CONAKA General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and Interior works from kick-off to handover. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and quality, while coordinating with Owner/Client, Consultant, and internal teams.

Applicants should have 8–10 years in construction, 3 years in a PM role, and strong skills in planning, procurement, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–10 years in construction/contractor sector, with at least 3 years as Project Manager.
• Experience managing Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and/or Interior work.
• Proficiency in RAB/BOQ, working drawings, specs, RKS, contracts and documentation.
• Mastery of project planning, scheduling, S-Curve, progress monitoring and resource allocation.
• Understanding of cost control, budget monitoring, cash flow, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of VO/Change Order, variation orders, claims and contract administration.
• Understanding of QA/QC and construction safety (K3).
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project execution including Project Execution Plan, Master Schedule, milestones and targets.
• Control budget and actual costs; monitor forecast cost, cash flow and profitability.
• Direct execution of Civil, Structure, Architecture, MEP, and Interior work per drawings and specs.
• Procure materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors; manage subcontractor performance.
• Lead project team including Site Manager, Supervisor, Engineering, QS, QC, HSE, Logistic, and Admin.
• Coordinate with Owner/Client and Consultant; lead progress and site meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE/K3, and contract compliance; oversee NCRs, defects, and close-out.
• Manage VO/Change Orders, variation orders, claims, and contract administration.
• Identify constraints and implement corrective actions to protect targets.
• Coordinate technical problem resolution between Engineering, Site, Owner and Consultant.
