Job summary

PT. Tirta Jaya Primakarsa seeks an experienced Project Manager for complex data center projects. You will oversee construction and engineering teams, ensure strict adherence to timelines, and coordinate with multiple contractors and vendors in an international setting.

The role requires a strong background in BMS, SCADA, and IT networking, plus leadership and clear English communication. Health insurance support is provided and a fast-track career path is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrotechnic, Mechatronic, or IT.
• 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management.
• Experience in PM for buildings or industries, Data Center preferred.
• Strong BMS (controller, workstation, network topology) and SCADA knowledge.
• Good English communication, able to work in international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Construction and Engineering teams to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Job description

Qualifications & experiences

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrotechnic, Mechatronic, or IT.

· Having experiences in Project Management for buildings or industries, especially Data Center is preferable

· 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management

· HIGHLY REQUIRED technical comprehension: System architecture BMS (controller, workstation, network topology), Control logic and communication protocols

· PROFICIENT understanding in BMS related Scada System

· PROFICIENT understanding in basic IT and network (IP addressing, switch, VLAN, firewall)

· GOOD English communication language in written and speaking

· Can work with a multidisciplinary team and international environment

· Analytical, detail-oriented, and calm headed but firm decision making under heavy work & time pressure

· GOOD in leadership, communication and reporting

· READY to work in a harsh project environment anytime anywhere required

Tasks & responsibilities

· Managing the progress of Construction team and Engineering team to strictly meet the project timeline

· Coordinating with other contractors/vendors for related scope of work on the project to strictly meet the project timeline
