OTTO Digital Pty in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end data center projects from design to handover. You will establish baselines, manage budgets, coordinate with engineering teams and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, construction, or data center operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning in a Project Manager role.
• Proven track record leading medium- to large-scale data center projects (10 MW capacity or above strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
• Prior experience working within or adjacent to live/operational data center environments is an advantage.
• Solid technical understanding of data center critical systems: Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, and Civil/Structural works.
• Strong foundation in contract administration, change management, variation reviews, and procurement practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities under tight deadlines.

• Lead end-to-end data center project delivery from design through handover.
• Establish baselines, execution strategies, objectives, scope, milestones, and resources.
• Manage comprehensive project planning and track performance against baseline.
• Identify critical path activities, deviations, bottlenecks; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor budgets, procurement commitments, cash flows, and expenditures.
• Manage commercial risks, variation orders, claims, and cost control.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project requirements and data center standards.
• Supervise onsite construction and align Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Resolve cross-functional issues; ensure safety standards compliance.
• Establish risk registers and implement mitigation strategies for technical and commercial risks.
• Oversee HSE standards, compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide transparent reporting, milestone forecasts, and escalation of critical risks.
• Supervise testing & commissioning, QA/QC, punch-list close-outs, and handover.

• Proactively resolve cross-functional issues and ensure high-quality execution aligned with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Establish risk registers and execute mitigation strategies for technical, commercial, and operational risks.
• Oversee health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, ensuring complete compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide transparent project reporting, milestone forecasts, executive presentations, and timely escalation of critical risks/issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Control Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, construction, or data center operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning in a Project Manager role.
• Proven track record leading medium- to large-scale data center projects (experience with facilities of 10 MW capacity or above is strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
• Prior experience working within or adjacent to live/operational data center environments is an advantage.
