Job summary

BizLink Holding Inc in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Project Management Officer to support cross-functional project transfers, coordinate with the Sales team to pursue business opportunities, and escalate risks to keep projects on track.

You will host regular team meetings, plan schedules with Excel, manage sample builds, and provide progress reports to the management team. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with at least 3 years in NPI project management and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Able to Speak, Read and Type in Mandarin and English.
• 3+ years NPI project management experience; preferably in a similar factory.
• Strong leadership; 3+ years people management.
• Good cross-department communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Job description

The Project Management Officer will support the project transfer among cross-functional teams across business units and work closely with the Sales team to approach customers for business opportunities. The Project Manager will also need to manage risks and issues, monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track, and constantly provide updates on the progress of the project to the management team.

• Host regular meetings with the project team, assign tasks, and review the progress.
• Project schedule planning (using scheduling tools or Excel).
• Sample build planning and allocation.
• Report on the project progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any kind of disciplines
• Able to Speak, Read and Type in Mandarin and English
• More than 3 years NPI (new product introduction) project management work experience, better once he/she has worked at some similar factory.
• Strong leadership, at least 3 years experience in people management.
• Have good cross department communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
