Job summary

OSI Electronics in Batam, Indonesia seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead procurement and project execution in electronics manufacturing. You will coordinate supply needs, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin, degree in a related field, and proven ability to work under pressure, coach teams, and maintain records with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program management in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in business management or related fields is desirable.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Management in Electronics Manufacturing industryis preferred
• Proficient in MS office applications
• A degree in business management, material science or other affiliated business fields
• Sufficient knowledge in utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, Spreadsheet, orother production related software
• Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines
• Conversant with fundamental bookkeeping methods
• Giving thoughtfulness to detail and high level of precision
• Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
