Job summary

PT GEO Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Jakarta to bridge client requirements with our technical R&D team. You will ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the development process.

Based in Jakarta, you should have an IT/CS background or 2+ years of technical project experience, read interface documentation, understand frontend/backend architecture, and be familiar with AI products, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Postman.

Qualifications

• IT/CS background or 2+ years of technical project experience
• Ability to read and understand interface documentation and basic front-end/back-end architecture
• Familiar with AI products (LLM applications, intelligent customer service, RAG, etc.)
• Cross-border collaboration experience is a plus

Familiar with Figma, Jira, Confluence & Postman
