ABB Motion Service Division in Indonesia seeks a Project Finance Controller to partner with project teams, drive financial performance across Project, Product and Service businesses, and ensure robust forecasting, reporting, and KPI management.

You will lead planning, analysis, and governance while collaborating with Project Managers to optimize profitability, working capital, and risk management in a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or project-based businesses is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management activities, including monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and monitoring key business KPIs such as Orders, Revenue, Gross Margin, EBIT, Cash Flow, and Working Capital to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to drive project and business profitability, ensuring effective cost control, revenue recognition, cash collection, risk management, accurate forecasting, and optimization of product, service, and project financial performance.
• Provide financial oversight and commercial support for tenders, contracts, and customer projects, including review of commercial terms, financial risk assessment, working capital management, claims management, and compliance with company risk review and governance requirements.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, maintaining adherence to internal controls, audit and statutory requirements, ABB policies, and HSE standards while acting as a trusted finance business partner to support strategic planning and operational excellence.
