ABB Motion Service Division in Indonesia seeks a Project Finance Controller to support the Local Division Controller across project, product, and service businesses. You will partner with managers and stakeholders to drive profitability, manage working capital, and provide commercial risk assessment to guide decisions.

The role emphasizes financial governance, monthly close, budgeting, forecast accuracy, and proactive risk management within a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or project-based businesses.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP and Power BI knowledge are strong advantages.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management activities, including monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and monitoring key KPIs such as Orders, Revenue, Gross Margin, EBIT, Cash Flow, and Working Capital to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to drive project and business profitability, ensuring effective cost control, revenue recognition, cash collection, risk management, accurate forecasting, and optimization of product, service, and project financial performance.
• Provide financial oversight and commercial support for tenders, contracts, and customer projects, including review of commercial terms, financial risk assessment, working capital management, claims management, and compliance with company risk review and governance requirements.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, maintaining adherence to internal controls, audit and statutory requirements, ABB policies, and HSE standards while acting as a trusted finance business partner to support strategic planning and operational excellence.
